Position: Customer Engagement and Success Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their shipments.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues, escalating to senior officers as necessary.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in providing clear and timely updates to clients.
- Support senior officers in managing and improving client relationships.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.
- No prior experience required – we’re looking for candidates eager to learn and grow.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and care.
