Position 1: Senior Customer Service Officer-Cash

A bachelor’s degree is required in management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance Economics, or similar disciplines.

Experience Experience: 3 years of general experience within the banking industry, of which one year was as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Relations Officer, Internal Controller, Digital Banking Officer, or equivalent experience in the banking industry.

Job Grade: IX

Position 2: Manager, Branch Banking Operation Management

The qualification Degrees in MBA, MA/BA or Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance Economics, or other related areas

Experience 3 years of general work experience within the banking industry, of which one year was spent as Customer Service Officer or Customer Relations Officer and Internal Controller and Digital Banking Officer or a similar position in the banking sector.

Experience Experience: 4/5 years’ General Experience working in the bank business, with one year as Manager Branch Operations Manager, Branch Operation Management, Customer Service Manager or Senior Customer Service Officer Cash, or an equivalent position in the the banking industry.

Position 4: Director, Marketing and Communication

Qualification: Master’s Degree or B.A. qualification from Marketing Management, Communication, Management and Management, Business Administration or any equivalent field of study.

Experience Minimum of 10/11 years of general work experience, including two years in the position of Marketing Division Manager or comparable positions in the Banking Industry.

Job Grade: XVI
