SIKET Bank S.C invites interested and qualified applicants for the following different positions.

Siket Bank (formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C) was held at Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel. Siket Bank is preparing to launch banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia.

The bank will continue to offer its current microfinance services until full banking operations are launched. Additionally, the bank will continue to provide microfinance service when full banking services are launched.

Position 1: Data Center Technician

Educational and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BSC) in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years on hands- experience in relevant job responsibilities. Level IV certification guaranteed with COC, in Electricity, Mechatronics, Electro Mechanical Technology and other related field of study from a recognized TVET college, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant on hand- experience

Job Summary:

• The job holder is responsible to enhancing customer satisfaction by serving them with due care and maximum efficiency.

COMPETENCY:

• Proficient understanding of critical data center systems, including diesel generators, UPS systems, fuel systems, switchgear, power distribution equipment, air conditioning, fire detection/suppression, and facility monitoring systems.
• Positive attitude towards work and adaptability to change. Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position 2: Senior Internal Control Officer

Educational and Experience Requirements: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline. -4 years of related experience

• Demonstrated integrity Communication skill Banking Operation Knowledge Customer Satisfaction Teamwork & Collaboration

Position 3: Senior Loan Review Officer

Educational  and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance Management or Banking. Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience at least one (1) year on similar (Loan Review) position

COMPETENCY:

• Knowledge of various types of credit and financing risks. Good understanding of bank risks and relevant emerging issues in risk management. Knowledge of policies, regulations and directives related to Financial Sectors Risk management skills including risk assessment, evaluation, quantification, mitigation and reporting skills

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 4: Branch Manager I

Educational and Experience Requirements: A minimum of BA/BSC preferably MA/MBA/MSC holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Economics, Management, or related field of discipline. Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience out of which a minimum of 2 years of experience senior customer services officer or equivalent.
