Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- The first-level degree of a university which is able to be registered as a medical professional licensed (MD, MBBS, MBChB or equivalent) as well as a current, unrestricted registration at the medical licensing authority from at least one of Members States of the United Nations is necessary. Medical postgraduate qualifications in a specialization is highly desirable. A postgraduate degree in Family Practice or General Practice Medicine or occupational health is highly desirable.
- Achieving success in both degrees and non-degree courses in the business analytics field, or in program in data science can be an advantages.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of responsible and progressively responsible medical experience within one or more of the fields of medicine which includes at minimum three years of experience in the work-related health or medical tropical practice are necessary.
- Experience with clinics and hospitals management, which includes budgeting supervision responsibilities, and management of resources is desirable.
Languages:
- English as well as French are the official languages used by the United Nations Secretariat. To be eligible for the job being advertised, proficiency of English is necessary. A working knowledge of an additional UN acceptable language is required.
