The U.S. Mission in Addis Ababa/Ethiopia is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Public Engagement Specialist – All Interested Applicants/All Sources.

Position 1: Economic Specialist
Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Statistics is required.
EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience in economic research and analysis, or banking and finance.
LANGUAGE: Fluency in Speaking/Reading/Writing, may include the ability to translate English is required. Fluency in Speaking/Reading/Writing, may include the ability to translate Amharic is required. (These may be tested)
Salary: USD $21,803 /Per Year
Duty Location(s): Addis Ababa, ET
Position 2: Political/Labor Assistant
Education: Two years of university study is required.
EXPERIENCE: Three years of progressively responsible experience working on Labor issues is required.
LANGUAGE: Fluency in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. Fluency in Speaking/Reading/Writing Amharic is required. (These may be tested)
Salary: USD $14,089 /Per Year
