Position 1: Legal Aid

Qualifications and Experience: LLB in Law and Legislation or related fields with Three (3) years of relevant work experience.

The Job Objective is to safeguard the bank from emerging legal issues by directing the handling of non-loan litigation cases and appearing in courts and arbitration tribunals.

Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Branch Manager III – IFB

Qualifications and Experience : Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Four (4) years of relevant work experience for Master’s degree holders. Six (6) years of relevant work experience for Bachelor’s degree holders. One year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.

The job objective is to assist the sustainable progress and profitability of the Bank by cross-promoting the Bank’s products, advertising new products, acquiring and retaining customers, and instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency within the Branch.

Additional Skills required:-

Knowledge of Shari’ah law and rules pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required.

Place of Work: District Office in Addis Ababa

Position 3: Branch Manager III

Qualifications and Experience : Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Four (4) years of relevant work experience for Master’s degree holders. Six (6) years of relevant work experience for Bachelor’s degree holders. One year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
