About World Together:
World Together is a Korean international relief and development NGO, established in December 2005. With a mission to help neighbors worldwide suffering from poverty, disease, and war, World Together operates various projects to bring relief and development to affected communities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management.
- Edit and update promotional materials and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.).
- Prepare and distribute press releases.
- Organize PR events (e.g., open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson.
- Seek opportunities for event partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.
- Address inquiries from the media and other parties.
- Track media coverage and follow industry trends.
- Prepare and submit PR reports.
- Manage PR issues.
- Event photography and videography.
- Manage all digital portals (Facebook, YouTube, website, local portals) of the organization.
- Graphics Design for any promotion activity.
- Strong background in article writing and review with excellent communication/writing skills in English.
Terms of Employment:
- Contract-based, renewed yearly based on performance.
- Salary: Basic salary ETB 15,000.00 plus 20% transportation allowance.
About You:
- Education: BA in Foreign Language and Literature.
- Experience: Proven 4 years of experience as a PR personnel.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
