Job Description:
- Assist the project officer in situational assessment, operational planning, implementation, and monitoring of the IDP activities.
- Provide individual and group psychological first aid/psycho-social support to children and women affected by the conflict.
- Facilitate consultation and discussions with beneficiary populations for needs assessment, protection/assistance delivery, and durable solutions development.
- Collaborate with local authorities and relevant government sectors to support recovery and reintegration of the affected population.
- Coordinate and manage the establishment of child-friendly spaces with schools, local authorities, and faith leaders.
Required Professional Experience:
- At least one year of relevant experience in child protection and related areas.
- Knowledge and experience in Gender Based Violence programming are assets.
- Awareness of or interest in community-based protection mechanisms.
- Direct case management and experience working with children and adolescents is an asset.
Required Education:
- First degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
Position: Child Protection & Gender Based Violence Prevention Officer

Job Description:
- Compile and analyze data on IDP, returnees, and humanitarian crisis, with a focus on child protection/GBV.
- Deliver protection services for vulnerable women, girls, and children to help them recover from trauma.
- Facilitate training for community groups on child protection and gender-based violence.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate project results to ensure objectives are met.
Required Professional Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience in child protection, gender-based violence, and related areas, especially in emergency contexts.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training for various stakeholders.
- Direct case management and experience working with children, women, and adolescents is an asset.
Required Education:
- University degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, or relevant fields.
- Extensive training in CP/GBV, psycho-social wellbeing, case management, and application of international guidelines and standards.
Position: Gender and Social Inclusion (GESI) Coordinator

Job Description:
- Lead formulation, design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of emergency programs focused on child protection, GBV prevention and response, and GESI interventions.
- Provide technical support for GESI project-specific interventions.
- Compile and analyze data to inform effective program planning and management.
- Facilitate capacity-building training on GESI, GBV prevention and response, and MHPSS for CPGBV officers, social workers, MHPSS specialists, and key government stakeholders.
Required Professional Experience:
- Minimum of five years of experience in child protection, gender-based violence, GESI, and related areas, especially in emergency contexts.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training for various stakeholders.
- Direct case management and experience working with children, women, and adolescents is an asset.
Required Education:
- First degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology, Gender, Child Protection, Public Health, or relevant fields, with five years of work experience, or a master’s degree with one year of relevant experience.
- Extensive training in CP/GBV, psycho-social wellbeing, case management, and application of international guidelines and standards in Child Protection, GBV, and GESI.
