QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Certificate per the old / new curriculum in Food preparation/Foreign Dish Cooking/ Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation/ *Confectionery, Baking and Pastry Making catering institute /TVET/College/University with a Minimum of five years relevant experience at a big scale catering production unit or 4/5 star Hotel.
OR
Minimum of three years’ experience as Cook III.
N.B. * Applicable only for Pastry and bakery cooking.
