We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, handling communications, and facilitating smooth daily operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Position 1: Quality Control Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Bio-chemistry.
- Experience in quality control or in a food manufacturing will be a plus but it is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of soy oil cake production processes will be a plus.
- Should be able to prepare Normal and Molar solutions
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and conducting chemical tests.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Position 2: Procurement Officer – Import
Job Requirements
- BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Supplies Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or any related fields
- 1 year work experience in procurement/Import role; an experience in dealing with Ethiopian customs and commercial banks is required
- A good knowledge of the import process in Ethiopia
- Highly organized, self-directed and motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Amharic
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills: MS Office package

Position 3: Shift Mechanical Technician
Qualifications:
- Diploma or trade certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and rotating equipment.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and the importance of maintaining a safe work environment.

Position 4: Shift electrician
Qualifications:
- Diploma or trade certification in Electrical, Industrial Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Prior experience of oil cake factory will be a plus.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage systems, PLCs, VFDs, and automated control systems.
- Proficient in the use of electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
