Position 1: Junior Property Management Officer
JOB REQUIREMENT
a BA Degree in Procurement, Supplies Management, Supply Management and Management, Accounting, or any business-related subject with at least 2(two) years in the field of property management.

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer Grade – I
Qualification and Experience: BA Degree in Economics or Accounting and Management Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or a related field of study that requires at least three (three) three years’ banking experience.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Principal Accountant
Experience and Qualifications: MA/MBA/BA Degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance or any other business-related subject, and at least 5/6 years of experience working in the banking industry (finance department) of which one year in the senior Accountant Position.
The requirements for certifications for IFRS are required.
The certifications offered by ACCA are beneficial.

Position 4: Principal Risk & Compliance Management Officer
Experience and Qualification: MA/MBA/BA Degree in Accounting Economics and Management Business Administration, or business-related field of study.
the minimum of 5/6 years working experience in the field of risk/compliance management of which one year in the rank of Senior Officer.

Position 5: Director – Human Capital Development
Qualification and Experience: MA/MBA/BA Degree in Management or Business Administration or similar field with 8/10 years of banking industry professional experience, including 6 years as a manager within Human Capital Development.
Or
MA/MBA/BA degree in Management Business Administration or similar field with 10-12 years of professional experience.
including 6 years in a management post with responsibilities for Human Capital Development
