Position 1: Senior Human Resource Officer

Education Degrees: MA/BA focusing on Human Resource Management, Management or any other related fields.

Expertise: Minimum 6-1/2 years of bank experience, with four years of experience in the field of HRM.

Job Objective:

Develop, design and execute the Bank’s programs for career management and succession by implementing a comprehensive and systematic method to ensure the bench strength of employees prepared to fulfill BoA’s mission strategy, mission and goals.

Place of Work: HO, Ethiopia

Position 2: Banking Business Officer

Education: BA degree in Accounting, Management marketing, Banking as Finance, Economics, or other related business disciplines.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years ‘ bank knowledge.

Job Objective:

To promote banking products and services to meet the customers’ requests and offer efficient and superior services to clients in line with the Bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and any other relevant rules and regulations.

Place of Work: Dire Dawa District, Hawassa District

Position 3: Banking Operation Officer

Education: BA degree in Management, Accounting Marketing, Banking and Finance Economics or in other fields of business.

Experience: A minimum of two years experience in banking.

Job Objective:

To satisfy the customer’s request, we deliver efficient and quality services or a reconciliation book of checks or accounts. We also control the transaction and archive records of the branch according to the Bank’s policy procedure, guidelines, or procedures, as well as other relevant regulations.

Place of Work: Hawassa District

Position 4: Grade I Branch Business Manager

Educational Qualifications: MBA/BA in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Banking and Finance, Business or other related areas.

Expertise: Minimum of 4/6 years of banking experience. The ability to supervise can be beneficial.

Job Objective:

To guarantee the efficacy of the branch’s sales and marketing efforts and mobilization of the resources, expanding access to branches by utilizing digital banking as well as practical and top-quality customer service uniformly throughout the branch throughout the day according to the Bank’s policy or procedure, guidelines and any other relevant regulation.

Place of Work: Hawassa District

Position 5: Grade I Branch Manager

Education Master’s or Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting, Management Banking, Marketing, Finance or any other field of business-related studies.

Experience 6/8 years of working in banking, experience in the supervisor role is beneficial.

Job Objective:

Ensure that all operations of the branch align with the Bank’s guidelines, policy guidelines, and any other relevant rules and regulations.
