Position 1: Security Guard – I (Female)
Qualification:8th Grade Complete
Experience: two/2 years of relevant experience in Military/Police service
OR
Qualification:10th/12th Grade Complete
Experience: four/4 years of experience as a lady searcher
Age: Between 25-50
Purpose of the Job: To support the Bank’s operation through maintaining safety and security of the organization and its personnel, and ensuring secured customer services with welcoming environment.

Position 2: Internal Control Officer I
Qualification:BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Finance and Economics, Marketing Management or any other related fields
Experience: 2/two year’s relevant banking experience
Age: Between 25-50
Purpose of the Job: To ensure that the overall branch banking operation is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations by conducting procedural audit at the branch; and to contribute in ensuring the internal control system of the Bank
Place of Work: Teppi
Position 3: Branch Manager Grade – I
Qualification:BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of relevant banking experience of which at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operation position.
Purpose of the Job: To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services and building strong customer relationships to maximize resources mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.
