Position1: Junior Digital Banking Operation Officer
Qualifying: A Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Management, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, and the other fields that are related.
Prior experience: 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial industry.
The purpose of this job: To maximize the retention and acquisition of customers who bank online with the Bank by expanding the different electronic channels (ATM, POS, etc. ), establishing new structures and applying value-added products and services. Ensure the satisfaction of customers is met by the requirements of standards for service and in line with the business goals of the Bank.

Position 2: Junior Portfolio Management Officer
Qualifying: Bachelor’s degree with a major in Management, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, and the other fields that are related.
Expertise: One/1 year of relevant experience in banking
Scope of Work: To support the efforts to improve the effectiveness of the Bank’s lending portfolio and to improve the efficacy in making credit-related decisions by obtaining current credit information.

Position 3: Credit Information Officer
Qualification: B.A. in Accounting/ Management/Economics/Business Administration or related fields.
Expertise: Three/3 years’ of bank experience in the Credit Information area, with at least a minimum of one year in the credit Information area.
Scope of Job: To actively participate in the development of marketing and branding communications created to fulfill the goals of the Bank, such as increasing brand recognition and enhancing the image and reputation of the Bank.

Position 4. Digital Banking Operation Officer

Experiential: Three/3 years’ bank experience relevant to the latter one year in the officer’s position.

The qualification is a Level IV Diploma / Certificate in Law (COC is required for graduates of Level)
Experiential: 3 years relevant work experience in banking or the court system.
The purpose of the job: To handle complex legal and court processes about debt. Handle the litigation of loan cases, foreclosure cases, and criminal cases and appear before all court levels as well as any tribunals. Position 6: Attorney
Qualifying: Licensing in Law or any other area.
Experiential Experience: three years of relevant work experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which one year on the officer level.

Position 7: Branch Manager Grade – I
The qualification is A bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking and finance accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
Expertise: seven years of relevant experience within the Banking Industry, including one year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager. Or seven years of relevant experience in banking, including at least two years in a Senior Officer bank operation position.
The purpose of this job: To achieve sustainable improvement in the performance and profits of the Bank by cross-selling the Bank’s services and products as well as acquiring and keeping customers, improving customer service and establishing solid relationships with customers to increase the efficiency of mobilization efforts and overseeing the overall banking operations in the Branch.

Position 8: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Qualifying: Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and related fields.
Expertise: 3 years of working experience in the banking industry in the capacity of CSO, CSR, CSE or similar positions.
Scope of Work: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front-line services with the utmost diligence and with maximum effectiveness to increase the Branch’s capacity mobilization through cross-selling the Bank’s services and products

Position 9: Senior Attorney
The qualification is A LLB degree in Law or any other area.
Experiential Experience: five to five years relevant work experience, preferably in the banking sector of 2/2 years at an officer level.
Scope of Job: To handle complex legal issues and court cases about debt. Handle the litigation of loan cases, criminal and foreclosure cases and appear before all court levels, as well as tribunals. Identify emerging trends in the default of loans that could impact the Bank and represent the Bank before the courts of Law and any other tribunals.
