Position 1: Front Desk Attendant
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management
- Minimum of 1 year of knowledge
Purpose of the Program:
This job is accountable for carrying out customer-focused work as a receptionist and waitress. The person in charge will be accountable for offering professional front desk receptionist services and serving beverages and food to our customers. This job demands strong abilities in communication as well as attention to detail. The ability to work in a multi-tasking manner.
Position 2: Officers, Reconciliation
Required Qualification and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration Management, Management, Public Administration or other related disciplines
At a minimum, three years of relevant work experience and two years of experience as an Officer II or equivalent
Purpose of the Program:
The position is accountable for identifying discrepancies within accounts and correcting them within 48 hours. as well as escalating any deviations.
Position 3: Officer Dispute Management
Education:

The position is accountable for managing and overseeing every aspect of dispute resolution and conflict resolution for clients and other third parties to the senior management. They are responsible for ensuring excellent relationships with banking customers and other stakeholders.
Position 4: Sr. Officer, Credit Appraisal
Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, Management and Management, Business Administration or similar areas
Experience:
A minimum of four years experience, with two years of experience as an officer at the level of I or similar
The principal purpose of the task is to make sure that the credit risk, as well as due diligence evaluation (Clients’ creditworthiness), was conducted according to the pertinent laws and regulations, as well as the banks’ credit policy and procedure, as well as the methods of assessing risk to credit.
