Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields with 1 year of Experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service officer.

Job Description:

  • will handle the maintenance of account payments, collection, and maintenance transactions. Respond to customers questions.
  • Manages cash transactions and other non-cash transactions as well as all client requests made at the branch.
