Position 1 – Associate Banker

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/BSC degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or related field of studies with 6 months and above relevant banking experience.
Place of work: Mekelle, Dirre Dawa, Harar & Finfinne City Branches
Salary and benefits: As per the Bank’s scale.
Term of employment: Permanent.

Position 2 – Junior Banker 

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/BSC degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or related field of studies withwith 1 year and above relevant banking experience.
Place of work: Mekelle, Dirre Dawa, Harar & Finfinne City Branches

Position 3 – Banker.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/BSC degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or related field of studies with 2years of relevant work Experience.
Place of work: Mekelle Branch

Position 4 – Branch Customer Experience Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/BSC degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or related field of studies with 5 years of relevant banking experience out of which 2 years on supervisory position.
Place of work: Mekelle Branch
