Senior Sanitary Engineer
Who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of sanitary engineering projects. He/she ensure that all sanitary systems, facilities, and equipment meet regulatory standards and adhere to best practices in sanitary engineering.
Job Description
1. Plan and design sanitary engineering projects, including sewage systems, waterproofing facilities, and waste disposal systems.
2. Conduct site inspections to assess existing sanitary systems and identify areas for improvement or repair.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, identify potential issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
5. Adhere to industry standards, codes, and regulations while designing and implementing sanitary systems.
6. Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for sanitary engineering projects.
7. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
8. Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and documents related to sanitary engineering projects.
9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technical staff.
10. Conduct research to stay abreast of new developments and best practices in sanitary engineering.
11. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to management and regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Water/Sanitary/hydraulics engineering
Work Experience :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in waterproofing (bathrooms, kitchens and terraces).
- Proficient in project management as managerial level with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of sanitary engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working on large-scale sanitary engineering projects.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Finance and Procurement Manager
Who will be responsible for Perform financial management duties including review of financial data, reporting, and assessing the financial health of the organization, review general ledger transactions on a monthly basis to ensure completeness, cut off, occurrence and accuracy of recorded transactions, ensure all accounts are reconciled and conduct a month-end closing process, ensure that well organized documentation of financial transactions are maintained; resolve accounting discrepancies, ensure all purchase orders are processed accurately, minimizing errors and discrepancies to maintain smooth operations
Job Description
- Ensure financial transactions are accounted for in accordance with the applicable accounting framework, company’s policies and national accounting and financial reporting standards.
- Ensure procurement processes, negotiations, and vendor management and documentation of all related activity.
- Ensure all purchase orders are processed accurately, minimizing errors and discrepancies to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage the procurement of the overseas purchased goods/services and assist and facilitate any import activities
- Negotiations, and vendor management , sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness
- Follow up finalization of customs declaration
- Handling over to customs assessors for further registration and clearance,
- Manage Cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Prepare cost estimates for Budget required by the company on a monthly basis
- Prepare monthly reports collecting and analysing sales activity and data. Including monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
- Ensure that suppliers are paid timely, all supporting documents are properly filed and procurement policy complied with in all purchases.
- Prepare internal regulatory reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensure financial transactions are accounted for in accordance with the applicable accounting framework, company’s policies and national accounting and financial reporting standards.
- Ensure client billing and payments are processed timely.
- Update the team on new tax laws and ensure tax compliance.
- Ensure that company’s financial recording and reporting are up to standard and ensures timely payment of government obligations (VAT, withholding, income tax, pension contribution etc).
- Ensure that well organized documentation of financial transactions are maintained; resolve accounting discrepancies
- Ensure assets are recorded with completeness, tagged, regularly updated with disposals and acquisition and depreciation is run on a monthly basis.
- Oversee overall company finance operations.
- Prepare annual financial statements following the end of each financial year.
- Prepare financial statements comprising Statement of comprehensive Income, Statement of financial position and Statement of cash flow together with the notes to the financial statements a monthly basis.
- Perform other job-related duties as required by the company.
