PROGRAM COORDINATOR (limited to two years)
About the job
The Program Coordinator reports to the Director of the Program Management Office and is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day details of the work. This includes responsibility for the project schedule, risk matrix, project control structure and communication plan, as well as assessing project progress both internally and externally, as well as external reporting.
About you
- BA/BSC/MA/MSC degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development or related field of study.
- 8/6 years relevant professional experience
- Experience in process/system improvement.
- Strong organizational skills that thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at communicating and collaborating at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to maintain high quality professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, great attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to problem-solve amidst ambiguity and leadership skills.
- Adaptability to changing conditions, ability to work under pressure and self-motivation
- Excellent interpersonal, strong communication and analytical skills.
- You must have good written and spoken English skills.

- Knowledge of risk, quality and cost management as well as certification is an advantage
