The Little app offers mobility, delivery, and payment solutions by connecting customers to drivers, enabling convenience and transparency for hundreds of thousands of consumers.
The Safaricom-backed ride-hailing app — which aims to rival Uber — first announced plans to expand into Ethiopia in June 2021, with then-Chief Executive Kamal Budhabhatti telling Business Daily it would invest Sh540m (£3.5m) in the next five years, with a further Sh540m anticipated depending on growth projections.
Position: Customer Service (Paid Internship)
Job Description:
- The Customer Service Intern will assist in providing exceptional support to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Assist in resolving complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications:
- Any field of study.
- 0 years and above experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
