Position 1: Customer Experience Officer
Qualifying: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking & Finance Accounting Business Administration, Economics, Management, and additional related fields.
Experiential: Three years of relevant banking experience, including one year in the officer position.
The purpose of this job: To promptly respond to complaints or needs of customers and offer the appropriate solutions to guarantee that customers are satisfied.
Generic Functions:
- Assist staff members who are below their grade to achieve the highest level of performance.
- Participate in the development, review, and implementing of policies and procedures including budget, plan, and reports on the performance of the division
- Offer services by the agreement on service levels;
- Help to increase the profitability of the bank in line with the set targets;
- Be a part of a team, collaborate, and transparent work methods;

Position 2: Internal Controller (Under the Digital Banking Operation Department)
The qualification is Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance Accounting Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any additional related fields.
Expertise: Three/3 years of relevant banking experience, including One year in an officer position
Scope of Job: To guide/run the digital payment Reconciliation and Settlement unit that is by the Digital Banking Procedure and ensure prompt settlement and reconciliation of Mobile Money and other Card-related Transactions.
Generic Functions:
- Check that the amounts loaded on Prepaid cards correspond with the values on the cards, as well as the process of loading the money into the cards in the system
- Make sure to correct the issue promptly of any ambiguity relating to the loading or loading of funds, postage, and balancing the account in the pool,
