Position 1: Branch Manager I    

Qualifications: BA degree in Accounting / Management/Business Administration / Economics or related field of study with 6 years direct banking experience while having experience on managerial position is advantageous.

Position 2: Manager-Branch Sales and Customer Service Team

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Accounting or related field with 5 years of related experience.

Position 3: Senior Card Banking Officer

Qualifications: BSc/MSc/ in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study 4 years of relevant banking experience.

Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] & Technical Competency [Ability to Inspect procured ATM and POS and ability to determine card requirement and follow up its distribution.]

Place of Work: Digital Banking Operation & Support Directorate

Position 4: Senior District Auditor

Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field of study with 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Position 5: District IT Officer

Qualifications: BSC/MSC Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or related fields of study with 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications: BSc/ MSc in Civil Engineering or any other relevant field of study 2 years of relevant experience required

Position 7: Senior Branch Sales and Customer Service Officer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Accounting or related field with 4 years of related experience

Position 8: District Auditor

Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field of study with 3 years of relevant banking experience.

Position 10: Card Banking Officer

Qualifications: BSc/MSc/ in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field of study 2 years of relevant banking experience.

Position 11: District Security Officer  

Qualifications: BA Degree/Diploma in Military Science, Police Science and Leadership/ fields of study from Police College, Military Academy or Ethiopian Defense University with 5 years for BA Degree or 7 years of military or police experience for Diploma out of which at least 3 years is leadership level, i.e. equivalent to or above Chief Inspector level experience and who can immediately bring clearance after selected.

The applicant is expected to bring all credential documents from Grade 8 up to College Diploma or Degree.

Additionally, applicant whose age is 40 years and below is eligible for registration and fluency in Afan Oromo, and Amharic language as well as intermediate proficiency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field with 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position 13: Senior Administration Officer

Qualifications: BA degree in Procurement & Logistic Management, Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field of study 4 years relevant experience

Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competencies [ experience in Bill management, office cleaning of the Bank, Asset maintenance management, mail management, reception,  archive works, Vehicle fleet management of the Bank including its inventory]

Place of Work: Procurement and Facility Directorate and operation Support Directorate

Position 14: District Maintenance Technician

Qualifications: BA Degree / Diploma in General Technician, Electronics or other relevant field of study with 2 years relevant experience for BA and 4 years for diploma.

Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] & Technical Competency [high  technical ability to respond to mechanical failures and system malfunction of the banks, fixing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards and scheduling major repairs with the building’s inhabitants]
