Position 1: Branch Foreign Trade Services Officer

Education & Experience Requirements:

BA degree in Accounting/Managementor Business Administrationor a related subject with two years of relevant experience in banking

Competency Requirement:

Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus]. Individual Competency [Action-oriented, interpersonal skills and problem solvingand Technical Competencies (knowledge of bank products and industry trade finance, international banking operations]

Place of Work: Babo Branch (South Finfinne District)

Position 2: Branch Manager

Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Management/Business Administration Economics, or similar field of study. 6 years of banking experience directly while being in managerial positions is beneficial. A working knowledge of Sharia laws as well as IFB Operation is required for IFB fully-fledged branches.

Competency Requirement:

Management Competencies [Building teams and determining quality of decision, drive to achieve, planning, and Priority setting. Core Competencies Perseverance and Continuous Learning teamwork, Integrity, Teamwork and Trust Customer Focus] and Functional Competencies [Customer Relations Management, Marketing and Sales, as well as knowledge of industry and bank products]

Location of work: Branches under City, Jimma and Shashemene Districts.
