Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia Vacancy Announcement: Safaricom Ethiopia is looking for a qualified person who meets the criteria indicated below.

We are pleased to announce the following position within the Technology Function. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.
Position 1: AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Specialist
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a Business-related field
- Compliance Analyst and Risk Assessment Certification (added advantage
- At least 4 years proven experience of which 2 years should be in AML and/or compliance in a financial institution or similar organization.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Regional Sales Manager
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial management and business development roles.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including products, services, and customer behavior.
- An MBA degree is preferable in Business Studies.
- At least 5 Years of sales / trade execution within FMCG / Telecom industry Environment of which 3 Year must be in a sale managerial Position.
- Proactive, confident, energetic, and able to work under pressure.

Position 3: Regional Acquisition Manager
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Desired
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using relevant sales tools.
- Previous experience in customer acquisition or sales roles.
- Proficient in using sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
Optional
- Professional certification in Sales or Marketing (desired)
