- MB/MBA/BA degree in the Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics or related fields
- EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 8/10 years of relevant experience, preferably in MFI.
- TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Proven experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market penetration
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Capability to develop a long-term vision and strategic plan for the marketing department aligned with the overall goals of the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
