Position 1 – Senior Officer, Performance Management
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human resource administration, Business Administration, Management or Administration, Public Administration, or in related fields.
Experience: Four years of relevant experience, with two years of experience as an officer Level I or equivalent

Required Technical Competency
Share the vision of strategic communication as well as the goals, scope methods, procedures, systems, and tools used by the Performance Management Unit to all work units to ensure an effective application of the PMS within the Bank.
