Little is a pan-African, everyday everything, app and one of Africa’s largest ride-hailing companies, serving cities across Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, Zambia, Tanzania, and now Ethiopia. The Little app offers mobility, delivery, and payment solutions by connecting customers to drivers, enabling convenience and transparency for hundreds of thousands of consumers.
The Safaricom-backed ride-hailing app — which aims to rival Uber — first announced plans to expand into Ethiopia in June 2021, with then-Chief Executive Kamal Budhabhatti telling Business Daily it would invest Sh540m (£3.5m) in the next five years, with a further Sh540m anticipated depending on growth projections.
Position: Customer Support (unpaid Internship)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Assist in resolving complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and retention.
